If you’re looking for oh so soft skin, and a relaxing mind clearing time. Benefits of this easy to make recipe is fully hydrated skin and a happy you! But seriously, this recipe is like walking on clouds so listen up!

Here’s what you’ll need:

1 Mason Jar

1 Cup Epson Salt

1 Cup Quick Oats

1/2 Cup Baking Soda

15 Drops Peace & Calming Essential Oil(Or Lavender/Stress Away! These will also work well!)

 

Recipe:

Grind Salt and Oats in a Coffee Grinder Until Fine.

Next Add Baking Soda and Essential Oil.

Add 1 Cup of This Mixture into Warm Water and Soak for 30 Minutes!
